In 2013 I replaced my 30+ year old, 12/12 pitch roof shingles with a high quality GAF architectural product. Recently I noticed one or two individual shingles that had worked loose. More cosmetic than structural. Upon contacting the original installing roofing contractor to request a minor repair, I learned that he was no longer in business. After doing research and reading reviews, I placed a call to Assurance Residential Roofing. As my new roof was not installed by Assurance and this was not a problem of their making, I expected a less than enthusiastic response. I WAS WRONG! After explaining my problem, Claims Specialist Duane Range promised to be on site within 2 days. As promised, Duane and his associate Blake arrived, quickly surveyed the problem, and provided a satisfactory solution. I found them both to be very professional, highly personable, dependable, courteous, and more than willing to go out of their way to meet my expectations. For this, and after being on site for nearly two hours, I fully expected, and was willing to pay some type of “sur-charge” fee for these services, but instead, the fee was MUCH, MUCH less than one might expect under these circumstances. In these days of price gouging, frequent unkept promises, shoddy workmanship, and an uncaring attitude, Assurance Residential in general, and Duane and Blake in particular are the exceptions, and have earned my trust and respect. For this, I would without hesitation and most highly recommend Assurance Residential for any roofing projects or problems one may have…..period!
